Utility Assistance
The Salvation Army provides assistance with utility bills for households that have received a shut-off notice. People seeking utility assistance must meet the following criteria.
- People can be assisted once a year
- People must have a decision notice from DHS, ID, proof of all income, shut-off notice and the bill must be in the person’s name.
- The Social Services department takes appointments by phone only on Mondays starting at 8:30 a.m.
